Revelation 15

1 Then I saw another great and marvelous sign in heaven: seven angels with the seven final plagues, with which the wrath of God is completed.

1 Vi no céu outro sinal, grande e maravilhoso, mostrando coisas que estão para acontecer: sete anjos foram designados para carregar para a terra as sete últimas pragas — e, com isto, finalmente se completa a ira de Deus.

2 And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, beside which stood those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name. They were holding harps from God,

2 Diante de mim achava-se estendido o que parecia um mar de fogo e vidro, e nele estavam em pé todos aqueles que tinham sido vitoriosos sobre a besta, a sua estátua, o seu sinal e o seu número. Todos estavam segurando harpas que tinham sido dadas por Deus,

3 and they sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb: “Great and wonderful are Your works, O Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the nations!

3 e estavam entoando o cântico de Moisés, servo de Deus, e o cântico do Cordeiro: “Grandes e maravilhosos São os seus feitos, Senhor Deus Todo-poderoso. Justos e verdadeiros são os seus caminhos, Rei das nações.

4 Who will not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before You, for Your righteous acts have been revealed.”

4 Quem não o temerá, ó Senhor? Quem não glorificará o seu nome? Pois só o Senhor é santo. Todas as nações virão e adorarão diante do Senhor, porque os seus feitos de justiça têm sido manifestos”.

5 After this I looked, and the temple—the tabernacle of the Testimony—was opened in heaven.

5 Nisto olhei e vi que se abriu nos céus o templo, a morada da aliança!

6 And out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues, dressed in clean and bright linen and girded with golden sashes around their chests.

6 Então vieram do templo os sete anjos que foram designados para derramar as sete pragas, vestidos de linho imaculadamente branco e resplandecente, com cintos de ouro ao redor do peito.

7 Then one of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.

7 E um dos quatro seres viventes entregou a cada um dos sete anjos uma taça de ouro cheia da ira do Deus que vive para todo o sempre.

8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from His power; and no one could enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

8 O templo ficou cheio de fumaça da glória e do poder de Deus; e ninguém podia entrar enquanto os sete anjos não tivessem acabado de derramar as sete pragas.
