Revelation 14

1 Then I looked and saw the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him 144,000 who had His name and His Father’s name written on their foreheads.

1 तब मैंने देखा कि वह मेमना ज़ियोन पर्वत पर खड़ा है और उसके साथ 1,44,000 व्यक्ति भी हैं, जिनके मस्तक पर उसका तथा उसके पिता का नाम लिखा हुआ है.

2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of many waters and the loud rumbling of thunder. And the sound I heard was like harpists strumming their harps.

2 तब मुझे स्वर्ग से एक शब्द सुनाई दिया, जो प्रचंड लहरों की आवाज के समान तथा जो बड़ी गर्जन-सी आवाज के समान था. यह शब्द, जो मैंने सुना, ऐसा था मानो अनेक वीणा बजानेवाले वीणा बजा रहे हों.

3 And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. And no one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.

3 वे सिंहासन के सामने, चारों प्राणियों तथा पुरनियों के सामने एक नया गीत गा रहे थे. उन 1,44,000 व्यक्तियों के अलावा, जो सारी मानव जाति में से छुड़ाए गए थे, किसी भी अन्य में यह गीत सीखने की योग्यता ही न थी.

4 These are the ones who have not been defiled with women, for they are virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They have been redeemed from among men as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.

4 ये वे हैं, जो स्त्री-संगति से अशुद्ध नहीं हुए हैं क्योंकि इन्होंने स्वयं को स्त्री-संगति से अछूता रखा है. ये ही हैं वे, जो हमेशा मेमने के पीछे चलते हैं—चाहे मेमना कहीं भी जाए. इन्हें परमेश्वर तथा मेमने के लिए उपज के पहले फल के समान मनुष्यों में से छुड़ाया गया है.

5 And no lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.

5 झूठ इनके मुख से कभी न निकला—ये निष्कलंक हैं.

6 Then I saw another angel flying overhead, with the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation and tribe and tongue and people.

6 तब मैंने बीच आकाश में एक स्वर्गदूत को उड़ते हुए देखा, जिसके पास सभी पृथ्वी पर रहनेवालों—हर एक राष्ट्र, गोत्र, भाषा तथा प्रजाति में प्रचार के लिए अनंत काल का ईश्वरीय सुसमाचार था.

7 And he said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come. Worship the One who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and the springs of waters.”

7 उसने ऊंचे शब्द में कहा, “परमेश्वर से डरो. उनकी महिमा करो क्योंकि न्याय का समय आ पहुंचा है. आराधना उनकी करो, जिन्होंने स्वर्ग, पृथ्वी, समुद्र तथा जल के सोतों को बनाया है.”

8 Then a second angel followed, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, who has made all the nations drink the wine of the passion of her immorality.”

8 पहले स्वर्गदूत के बाद दूसरा स्वर्गदूत यह कहते हुए आया, “सर्वनाश हो गया! बड़े बाबेल का सर्वनाश हो गया! बाबेल, जिसने सारे राष्ट्रों को अपने व्यभिचार की मदहोशी का दाखरस पिलाया है.”

9 And a third angel followed them, calling out in a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives its mark on his forehead or on his hand,

9 इन दोनों के बाद एक तीसरा स्वर्गदूत ऊंचे शब्द में यह कहता हुआ आया, “यदि कोई उस पशु तथा उसकी मूर्ति की पूजा-अर्चना करेगा तथा अपने मस्तक या हाथ पर वह चिह्न अंकित करवाएगा,

10 he too will drink the wine of God’s anger, poured undiluted into the cup of His wrath. And he will be tormented in fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

10 वह भी परमेश्वर के क्रोध का दाखरस पिएगा, जो परमेश्वर के क्रोध के प्याले में ही उंडेली गई है. उसे पवित्र स्वर्गदूतों तथा मेमने की उपस्थिति में आग व गंधक की घोर पीड़ा दी जाएगी.

11 And the smoke of their torment rises forever and ever. Day and night there is no rest for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.”

11 वे, जो उस पशु तथा उसकी मूर्ति की पूजा-अर्चना करते हैं तथा जिन पर उसके नाम का चिह्न अंकित है, उनकी पीड़ा का धुआं निरंतर उठता रहेगा तथा उन्हें न तो दिन में चैन मिलेगा और न रात में.”

12 Here is a call for the perseverance of the saints, who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

12 इसके लिए आवश्यक है पवित्र लोगों का धीरज, जो परमेश्वर के आज्ञाकारी हैं तथा जिनका विश्वास मसीह येशु में है.

13 And I heard a voice from heaven telling me to write, “Blessed are the dead—those who die in the Lord from this moment on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labors, for their deeds will follow them.”

13 तब मुझे स्वर्ग से एक शब्द यह आज्ञा देता हुआ सुनाई दिया, “लिखो: धन्य होंगे वे मृत, अब से जिनकी मृत्यु प्रभु में होगी.” “सच है!” आत्मा ने पुष्टि की. “वे अपने सारे परिश्रम से विश्राम पाएंगे क्योंकि उनके भले काम उनके साथ हैं.”

14 And I looked and saw a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was One like the Son of Man, with a golden crown on His head and a sharp sickle in His hand.

14 इसके बाद मैंने एक उज्जवल बादल देखा. उस पर मनुष्य के पुत्र समान कोई बैठा था, जिसके सिर पर सोने का मुकुट तथा हाथ में पैनी हसिया थी.

15 Then another angel came out of the temple, crying out in a loud voice to the One seated on the cloud, “Swing Your sickle and reap, because the time has come to harvest, for the crop of the earth is ripe.”

15 एक दूसरा स्वर्गदूत मंदिर से बाहर निकला और उससे, जो बादल पर बैठा था, ऊंचे शब्द में कहने लगा. “अपना हसिया चला कर फसल काटिए, कटनी का समय आ पहुंचा है क्योंकि पृथ्वी की फसल पक चुकी है.”

16 So the One seated on the cloud swung His sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested.

16 तब उसने, जो बादल पर बैठा था, अपना हसिया पृथ्वी के ऊपर घुमाया तो पृथ्वी की फसल की कटनी पूरी हो गई.

17 Then another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle.

17 तब एक और स्वर्गदूत उस मंदिर से, जो स्वर्ग में है, बाहर निकला. उसके हाथ में भी पैना हंसिया था.

18 Still another angel, with authority over the fire, came from the altar and called out in a loud voice to the angel with the sharp sickle, “Swing your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the vine of the earth, because its grapes are ripe.”

18 तब एक अन्य स्वर्गदूत, जिसे आग पर अधिकार था, वेदी से बाहर निकला तथा उस स्वर्गदूत से, जिसके हाथ में पैना हसिया था, ऊंचे शब्द में कहने लगा. “अपना हसिया चला कर पृथ्वी की पूरी दाख की फसल के गुच्छे इकट्ठा करो क्योंकि दाख पक चुकी है.”

19 So the angel swung his sickle over the earth and gathered the grapes of the earth, and he threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath.

19 तब उस स्वर्गदूत ने अपना हसिया पृथ्वी की ओर घुमाया और पृथ्वी की सारी दाख इकट्ठा कर परमेश्वर के क्रोध के विशाल दाख के कुंड में फेंक दी.

20 And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and the blood that flowed from it rose as high as the bridles of the horses for a distance of 1,600 stadia.

20 तब नगर के बाहर दाखरस कुंड में दाख को रौंदा गया. उस रसकुंड में से जो लहू बहा, उसकी लंबाई 300 किलोमीटर तथा ऊंचाई घोड़े की लगाम जितनी थी.
