| BSB 1 A song of ascents. In my distress I cried to the LORD, and He answered me. | SVD 1 إِلَى ٱلرَّبِّ فِي ضِيْقِي صَرَخْتُ فَٱسْتَجَابَ لِي. |
| BSB 2 Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips and a deceitful tongue. | SVD 2 يَارَبُّ، نَجِّ نَفْسِي مِنْ شِفَاهِ ٱلْكَذِبِ، مِنْ لِسَانِ غِشٍّ. |
