| BSB 1 A song of ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? | NAV 1 أَرْفَعُ عَيْنَيَّ إِلَى الْجِبَالِ. مِنْ أَيْنَ يَأْتِي عَوْنِي؟ |
| BSB 2 My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. | NAV 2 يَأْتِي عَوْنِي مِنْ عِنْدِ الرَّبِّ، صَانِعِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ. |
| BSB 3 He will not allow your foot to slip; your Protector will not slumber. | NAV 3 لَا يَدَعُ قَدَمَكَ تَزِلُّ. لَا يَنْعَسُ حَافِظُكَ. |
