| BSB 1 Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? | NAV 1 لِمَاذَا ضَجَّتِ الأُمَمُ؟ وَلِمَاذَا تَتَآمَرُ الشُّعُوبُ بَاطِلاً |
| BSB 2 The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together, against the LORD and against His Anointed One: | NAV 2 اجْتَمَعَ مُلُوكُ الأَرْضِ وَرُؤَسَاؤُهَا، وَتَحَالَفُوا لِيُقَاوِمُوا الرَّبَّ وَمَسِيحَهُ، قَائِلِينَ: |
| BSB 3 “Let us break Their chains and cast away Their cords.” | NAV 3 «لِنُحَطِّمْ عَنَّا قُيُودَهُمَا، وَنَتَحَرَّرْ مِنْ نِيرِ عُبُودِيَّتِهِمَا». |
| BSB 4 The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord taunts them. | NAV 4 لَكِنَّ الْجَالِسَ عَلَى عَرْشِهِ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ يَضْحَكُ. الرَّبُّ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ. |
| BSB 5 Then He rebukes them in His anger, and terrifies them in His fury: | NAV 5 عِنْدَئِذٍ يُنْذِرُهُمْ فِي حُمُوِّ غَضَبِهِ، وَيُرَوِّعُهُمْ بِشِدَّةِ سَخَطِهِ، |
| BSB 6 “I have installed My King on Zion, upon My holy mountain.” | NAV 6 قَائِلاً: «أَمَّا أَنَا فَقَدْ مَسَحْتُ مَلِكِي، وَأَجْلَسْتُهُ عَلَى صِهْيَوْنَ، جَبَلِي الْمُقَدَّسِ». |
| BSB 7 I will proclaim the decree spoken to Me by the LORD: “You are My Son; today I have become Your Father. | NAV 7 وَهَا أَنَا أُعْلِنُ مَا قَضَى بِهِ الرَّبُّ: قَالَ لِيَ الرَّبُّ: «أَنْتَ ابْنِي، أَنَا اليَوْمَ وَلَدْتُكَ. |
| BSB 8 Ask Me, and I will make the nations Your inheritance, the ends of the earth Your possession. | NAV 8 اطْلُبْ مِنِّي فَأُعْطِيَكَ الأُمَمَ مِيرَاثاً، وَأَقَاصِيَ الأَرْضِ مُلْكاً لَكَ. |
| BSB 9 You will break them with an iron scepter; You will shatter them like pottery.” | NAV 9 فَتُكَسِّرَهُمْ بِقَضِيبٍ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ، وَتُحَطِّمَهُمْ كَآنِيَةِ الْفَخَّارِ». |
| BSB 10 Therefore be wise, O kings; be admonished, O judges of the earth. | NAV 10 وَالآنَ تَعَقَّلُوا أَيُّهَا الْمُلُوكُ، وَاحْذَرُوا يَا حُكَّامَ الأَرْضِ. |
| BSB 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. | NAV 11 اعْبُدُوا الرَّبَّ بِخَوْفٍ، وَابْتَهِجُوا بِرِعْدَةٍ. |
| BSB 12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry and you perish in your rebellion, when His wrath ignites in an instant. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him. | NAV 12 قَبِّلُوا الابْنَ لِئَلّا يَغْضَبَ، فَتَهْلِكُوا فِي الطَّرِيقِ، لِئَلّا يَتَوَهَّجَ غَضَبُهُ سَرِيعاً. طُوبَى لِجَمِيعِ الْمُتَّكِلِينَ عَلَيْهِ. |
