| BSB 1 For the choirmaster. According to Jeduthun. A Psalm of David. In God alone my soul finds rest; my salvation comes from Him. | SVD 1 إِنَّمَا لِلهِ ٱنْتَظَرَتْ نَفْسِي. مِنْ قِبَلِهِ خَلَاصِي. |
| BSB 2 He alone is my rock and my salvation. He is my fortress; I will never be shaken. | SVD 2 إِنَّمَا هُوَ صَخْرَتِي وَخَلَاصِي، مَلْجَإِي، لَا أَتَزَعْزَعُ كَثِيرًا. |
| BSB 3 How long will you threaten a man? Will all of you throw him down like a leaning wall or a tottering fence? | SVD 3 إِلَى مَتَى تَهْجِمُونَ عَلَى ٱلْإِنْسَانِ؟ تَهْدِمُونَهُ كُلُّكُمْ كَحَائِطٍ مُنْقَضٍّ، كَجِدَارٍ وَاقِعٍ! |
| BSB 4 They fully intend to cast him down from his lofty perch; they delight in lies; with their mouths they bless, but inwardly they curse. Selah | SVD 4 إِنَّمَا يَتَآمَرُونَ لِيَدْفَعُوهُ عَنْ شَرَفِهِ. يَرْضَوْنَ بِٱلْكَذِبِ. بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ يُبَارِكُونَ وَبِقُلُوبِهِمْ يَلْعَنُونَ. سِلَاهْ. |

| BSB 8 Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts before Him. God is our refuge. Selah | SVD 8 تَوَكَّلُوا عَلَيْهِ فِي كُلِّ حِينٍ يَا قَوْمُ. ٱسْكُبُوا قُدَّامَهُ قُلُوبَكُمْ. ٱللهُ مَلْجَأٌ لَنَا. سِلَاهْ. |
| BSB 9 Lowborn men are but a vapor; the exalted are but a lie. Weighed on the scale, they go up; together they are but a vapor. | SVD 9 إِنَّمَا بَاطِلٌ بَنُو آدَمَ. كَذِبٌ بَنُو ٱلْبَشَرِ. فِي ٱلْمَوَازِينِ هُمْ إِلَى فَوْقُ. هُمْ مِنْ بَاطِلٍ أَجْمَعُونَ. |
| BSB 10 Place no trust in extortion or false hope in stolen goods. If your riches increase, do not set your heart upon them. | SVD 10 لَا تَتَّكِلُوا عَلَى ٱلظُّلْمِ وَلَا تَصِيرُوا بَاطِلًا فِي ٱلْخَطْفِ. إِنْ زَادَ ٱلْغِنَى فَلَا تَضَعُوا عَلَيْهِ قَلْبًا. |
| BSB 11 God has spoken once; I have heard this twice: that power belongs to God, | SVD 11 مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً تَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ، وَهَاتَيْنِ ٱلِٱثْنَتَيْنِ سَمِعْتُ: أَنَّ ٱلْعِزَّةَ لِلهِ، |
| BSB 12 and loving devotion to You, O Lord. For You will repay each man according to his deeds. | SVD 12 وَلَكَ يَارَبُّ ٱلرَّحْمَةُ، لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ تُجَازِي ٱلْإِنْسَانَ كَعَمَلِهِ. |
