| BSB 3 Because Your loving devotion is better than life, my lips will glorify You. | KJV 3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. |
| BSB 4 So I will bless You as long as I live; in Your name I will lift my hands. | KJV 4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name. |
| BSB 5 My soul is satisfied as with the richest of foods; with joyful lips my mouth will praise You. | KJV 5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips: |

| BSB 7 For You are my help; I will sing for joy in the shadow of Your wings. | KJV 7 Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice. |
| BSB 8 My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me. | KJV 8 My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me. |
| BSB 9 But those who seek my life to destroy it will go into the depths of the earth. | KJV 9 But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth. |
